PSCombines.com provides dynamic, professional evaluations
that are effective, efficient, and affordable!!
The combines provide the following for student/athletes to improve their game for the
scholastic, collegiate, and professional levels of competition:
2010 BASEBALL POWER AND SPEED COMBINES
Tests: Home to First 60-yard Dash Pro Agility Vertical Jump Grip Power
Defensive Skill Defensive Range Agility Arm Strength Game Savvy
Bat Power Bat Control Plate Coverage Bunt Technique Base Running
Pitch Control Pitch Evaluation Catcher Pop Catcher Agility Battery Savvy
Assessments: Individual players will receive general reviews on individual performance after tests are administered.
Staff will review pluses and minuses with group in open forum to encourage continued progress or retooling.
Staff consists of REAL High School/Collegiate/Professional Coaches who are current/former/retired mentors
of the game.
Education: The basic baseball secrets of the game will be shared with the individuals players and a "homework" battle
plan for improving their physical and mental game will be provided.. Topics will cover defensive secrets,
offensive secrets, power/speed developmental secrets
Navigation: The College Road Map Program will be made available to parents and players. This program will provide
quality information on recruiting, networking, scholastic/collegiate requirements, and a breakdown on
recruiting for college and professional programs.
Details: -The cost for each PSCombine player is $75.00.
-There is a 100 player limit per event.
-Each event is held on a Friday from 8:30AM till 1:00PM.
-Open Tournaments follow each event. PSC players have the opportunity to play in the
tournaments, compliments of the Power and Speed Staff.

Additional
information: In order to participate student/athletes must be entering either their HS Freshman, Sophmore,
Junior, or senior year. High School Post Graduates and International Students are also eligible
to participate.
Parents/Guardians are asked to participate in the post-combine recruiting forum at the end of each
combine.
The Virginia Marlins Sports Academy will be on hand for each PS Combine to present their new post
graduate sports programs.
