                             SKILL SECRETS
There are fundamental body mechanics that separate the good from the great.  These body mechanics are simple but too many athletes are never shown the details of the movements and the practicality behind the correct movements of the game.

For example, there is a phrase, "Play with your feet!  Throw with your feet, catch with your feet, hit with your feet."  What does that mean?  If your throwing ankle is properly set you will always throw with speed and accuracy.  If you body weight is on the balls of your feet then you will always be in great athletic positions to receive a ball, and if you keep your body balanced with the front foot starting the swing you will always be in a strong position to drive the baseball!

Do you really know why an outfielder always throw the ball faster from the outfield than from the pitching mound?  It is not because he has momentum and a running start.  It is because he has a "V" in his back side and it causes him to use his legs when he throws.  Teach a pitcher to form a "V" in his back side and you improve his velocity by 3-4 miles an hour....easily!
WE KNOW HOW TO DO IT WITH ONE SIMPLE EXPlaNATION.

And did you know that if you can learn to concentrate on hitting the ball when it enters your personal nitro zone then you will be the most feared hitter of your community. You will never have to guess at a pitch.  You will never swing at poor pitches and you will always be on the attack.  It will not matter if it is a curve, slider, fastball, or change.  If it is in the NItro Zone at anytime and on any count you are smashing it.  This is the most important mental skill concept of the game.

There are many more of these gems that we will share with all our PSC players at the combine.  We promise you will not be disappointed!!!
